Privacy policy
We collect as little as possible — and only what we need to deliver your order.
Data controller
Fjella ApS, CVR (Danish company reg. no.) [insert CVR], [insert address], Denmark, hello@fjella.com.
What we process
- Orders: name, email, phone (optional), delivery address, items purchased and engraving text — to deliver your order (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). Unsubscribe with one click in every email.
- Quote requests: your contact details and message, so we can reply to you.
- Reviews: the name and text you submit yourself.
Cookies and analytics
We don’t use any marketing or tracking cookies. Your bag and favourites are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and don’t leave your device until you place an order. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not identify you.
Data processors
Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and our carrier (delivery). All of them process data only on our instructions.
Retention
Order data is kept for 5 years as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@fjella.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk), or with the data protection authority in your own EU country.
