FAQ
Good to know about personalised gifts.
What can I have engraved?
Up to 18 characters including spaces — such as a name, initials, a place or a date. You can use letters, numbers and common characters.
How much does engraving cost?
Engraving costs €7 per bottle or mug.
Can I see the engraving before I order?
Yes. Type your text on the product page and you’ll see it live on the bottle — in the typeface you choose.
Can it be gift wrapped?
Yes. You can add a gift box for €4 and write a personal message at checkout.
Can I buy several gifts with different names?
Yes. With 3 for 2, the cheapest is free when you buy three bottles or mugs — and each one can have its own text and colour.
Can an engraved gift be returned?
Engraved items are made especially for the recipient and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal. If there’s a fault with the engraving, we’ll of course make a new one.
