FAQ
Good to know about Christmas gifts.
When should I order to get it before Christmas?
Engraved items ship within 2–4 business days, and delivery then takes 2–6 business days depending on the shipping method. We’ll post the last order date for Christmas on this page.
Can the gift be wrapped?
Yes. You can add a gift box for €4 and write a Christmas message at checkout.
Can I buy gifts for several people with different names?
Yes. With 3 for 2, the cheapest is free when you buy three bottles or mugs — and each one can have its own text and colour.
What can a Christmas engraving say?
Up to 18 characters including spaces — such as a name, “Merry Xmas 2026”, initials or a date.
Do you offer corporate Christmas gifts?
Yes. From 10 pcs you get business pricing and engraving at half price — with a logo, company name or each employee’s name.
Can an engraved gift be returned?
Engraved items are made especially for the recipient and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal. If there’s a fault with the engraving, we’ll of course make a new one.
