How long do the bottles keep drinks cold and hot?
The insulated bottle from the Blåvand Edition (750 ml) keeps drinks cold for about 24 hours and hot for about 12 hours. The water bottle (500 ml) keeps them for 6–12 hours, and the travel mug from the Tromsø Edition keeps drinks hot for about 6 hours.
How does engraving work?
Type up to 18 characters and choose a font right on the product page. We laser-engrave the text into the surface — no print, no sticker. Engraving costs €7 and ships in 2–4 business days.
How does 3 for 2 work?
Add three bottles or mugs to your cart — the cheapest is free. Mix freely across models and colours. Engraving is charged per bottle.
How much is delivery?
We deliver across the EU with tracking. A pick-up point near you costs €7.95, home delivery €9.90 (3–6 business days) and express €19.90 (2–3 business days). Delivery to a pick-up point is free on orders over €69.
Can I return my bottle?
Unengraved items can be returned within 14 days. Engraved items are made especially for you and therefore can’t be returned — but of course you can still make a claim if there is a defect.
