Shipping & returns

Delivery

We ship from Denmark to all EU countries except Denmark — Danish customers shop at fjella.dk. We currently deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Unengraved items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Engraved items are laser-engraved and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery times are counted from dispatch.

Free shipping is based on the value of your items before the 3 for 2 discount — so the discount never pushes you below the threshold.

Customs and duties

We ship within the EU, so there are no customs duties or import fees. All prices are in euros and include VAT.

Gift box

Add a gift box with a handwritten card at checkout for €4. We never include the price in the parcel.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, all processed securely by Stripe. Card payments are authorised when you order and only charged when we dispatch your parcel.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unengraved items, starting the day you receive them. Items must be returned in substantially the same condition. Return shipping is at your own expense. Email hello@fjella.com with your order number and we’ll help you.

Engraved items are made to your specifications and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(c); Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18(2)(3)). More about the right of withdrawal

Faults and warranty

You have a 2-year statutory warranty under EU and Danish consumer law. If there is a fault with the item or the engraving, we’ll make a new one or refund you — just write to us with a photo.
