Right of withdrawal
How to cancel a purchase of unengraved items.
14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase of unengraved items within 14 days of the day you receive them, without giving any reason. Let us know at hello@fjella.com with your order number, and return the items no later than 14 days after telling us.
Exception: engraved items
Items with a personal engraving are made to your specifications and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and § 18(2)(3) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
Returning items
You pay the cost of returning the items. They must be in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received them.
Refunds
We refund the purchase price, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal — but not before we have received the items back. Refunds are made to the payment method you used.
