2. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe and you can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard and other major cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. Card payments are authorised when you order and charged when your order is dispatched; Klarna payments follow Klarna’s own terms. Pre-orders are charged when you place the order.
3. Offers
3 for 2: when you buy three bottles/mugs, the cheapest one is free (base price). Engraving is charged for every item. The offer cannot be combined with business pricing.
4. Delivery
We deliver from Denmark to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Customers in Denmark shop at fjella.dk. Free shipping on orders over €69. As all deliveries are within the EU, no customs duties or import fees apply. See Shipping & returns.
5. Engraving
You are responsible for the spelling of your engraving text. Contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change it — as long as the item has not yet been engraved, we will change it free of charge.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unengraved items. Engraved items are made to your specifications and are exempt (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(c)). See Right of withdrawal.
7. Faults and warranty
You have a 2-year statutory warranty (legal guarantee of conformity) under EU and Danish consumer law. Please send any complaint about a fault to hello@fjella.com.
8. Complaints
If we cannot find a solution together, you can file a complaint with the Danish Board of Consumer Complaints at Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark (naevneneshus.dk). As an EU consumer you can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr) or contact the European Consumer Centre in your country.

These terms are governed by Danish law. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
